Training & Development
All the staff will complete an 8 day induction course
Day 1 – Welcome to Jess care
Day 2 – Therapeutic parenting / building therapeutic relationships
Day 3 – Complex trauma / challenging behaviours
Day 4,5,6 – NFPS physical intervention
Day 7 – Key working / listening skills
Day 8 – Medication / first aid
All Staff will complete:
- Infection control
- Fire safety
- Food hygiene
- Equality and diversity
- COSHH
- Health and safety
- Moving and handling
- PREVENT training
